Subscription cost calculator: what do yours add up to?
Add each subscription below and the totals update as you type, monthly and yearly, entirely in your browser. The names and amounts you type stay on your device, there's no signup, and the math is just multiplication.

0Your names and amounts stay in this browser and are never transmitted; with analytics consent we record only that the calculator was used, a row-count bucket and a coarse yearly band, never names or amounts. Weekly is counted as 52 charges a year; quarterly as 4; half-yearly as 2.
How the math works
Type a name, an amount, and how often it bills. Each row becomes its monthly equivalent, the calculator adds those up, and the yearly figure is that total × 12. That conversion is why an annual plan and a monthly one can sit in the same total. Pick your currency once, because the calculator holds no exchange rates and a list that spans two currencies takes two runs.
- Weekly counts as 52 charges a year, every 2 weeks as 26.
- Quarterly is 4 a year, half-yearly 2, yearly 1.
- Every 2 years and every 3 years spread across 24 and 36 months. Most trackers skip those two, and most people forget them.
Now you have both totals. Whether that is a normal amount to be spending on subscriptions is a different question. The published averages disagree so much that our page on the average subscription cost is a table rather than a number. The rows you just typed never left this browser and never reached us. Close the tab and the list is gone. That is good for your privacy and no help at all next month, so move the list into the free subscription tracker spreadsheet before you close it, or keep this list in Subby. Either way you type it in yourself, and that is the trade you accept when you track subscriptions without linking a bank account. Nothing connects to your bank, so nothing here finds a subscription you forgot. If you accepted analytics cookies, we record that the calculator ran, a bucket for how many rows you counted and a coarse band for the yearly total. We never record a service name or an amount.
