Terms of Service

These terms form the agreement between you and POCKET IMPLEMENTATION S.R.L. ("we", "us"), a company registered in Romania, for your use of the Subby apps and the subby.online website. By using Subby you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Subby is
Subby is a personal tool for tracking your subscriptions and recurring payments. It helps you record and organize what you pay for and reminds you about upcoming charges.
Subby is informational only. It is not financial, accounting, tax or investment advice, and it does not manage, cancel, or make payments for you. Prices, dates and totals shown are based on what you (or the AI screenshot import) enter, and may be incomplete or wrong — always check with the actual service or your bank before acting.
PRO and payments
Subby's core features are free. PRO unlocks extras (including removing ads and the AI screenshot import) and is offered as a one-time lifetime purchase.
All purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play — we never see your card details. Refunds are governed by the store's policies, not ours; we cannot issue refunds directly.
If you bought a one-time lifetime unlock, it stays yours. We will not withdraw a feature you have already paid for.
Your right to withdraw
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. By starting to use a PRO feature immediately after purchase, you ask us to begin supply at once and acknowledge that you lose that right once supply has begun. In practice, refunds are administered by Apple and Google under their own policies — contact them first.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Subby lawfully and not to misuse our servers. In particular, for the AI screenshot import and icon-request features, you agree to:
- submit only content you have the right to submit, and not upload illegal, harmful, or other people's private material;
- not attempt to overload, probe, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the rate limits, device attestation, or entitlement checks that protect these endpoints;
- not use the AI feature for anything other than extracting your own subscription information.
We may suspend access to these server features if they are abused.
AI results
The screenshot-import feature uses AI and can make mistakes. Extracted details are suggestions for you to review and correct — you are responsible for the accuracy of whatever you save. Fair-use limits apply to how many scans you can run in a given period; these exist to keep the feature available to everyone and may change.
Availability
We provide Subby "as is" and "as available". Optional server features (AI import, icon requests, currency rates) and backups to third-party clouds depend on services we don't fully control and may change or become unavailable.
Warranty disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Subby is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any financial decision, missed cancellation, or charge you incur while using or relying on Subby. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always available in the app and at subby.online. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction — without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live, or your right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.
